My Brayd turns 5!

My big Brayd had another birthday! I think I would be so so sad if I didn't have another one on the way. It is still sad though because my Brayd has been my side-kick for 5 years. I guess I need to let him go sometime.
Aaron had told Brayd that he would get a 50 motorcycle for his birthday because Aaron sold the 4-wheeler Brayd got for his birthday last year. So, that is exactly what was expected.
My sleepy man. So ready for his birthday.
He was not disappointed, nor did he act like he "knew it".
Just a happy boy!
All his presents waiting for him.
It fits him well.
Having his grapefruit for breakfast.
A tradition from Grandma Smith.
All the "good stuff"!
All ready to try the motorcycle with no training wheels.
Dad teaching and doing such a good job.
I LOVE our little track in the backyard.
Brayden caught on very quickly riding the motorcycle and that is exactly what he did for the rest of the afternoon. He is addicted!
We then headed to Golden Corral for dinner.
Where everyone gets just what they want for dinner. Brayd had some steak and macaroni and cheese.
For dessert Brayd found lots of chocolate!!
I busted out my mad skills from the good 'ol days at McDonald's to show my kids how great I am at building an ice cream cone.
They were impressed:)
It was a good day and I believe Brayd got just what he wanted!
We love our Brayd, he is such a good boy and the perfect little brother!!

My Ry Had Another Birthday

Thinking back on the day Ryan was born is definitely not the Best memories. I for sure had the hardest time delivering him and he was by far my hardest baby. He is pretty high strung and the most emotional of our kids. BUT, we sure do love our Ry!

Ry woke up and had a turnover and grapefruit before it was time to go to school.
Poor Ry had to put up with his sick mom this day. So, for a few hours in the afternoon him and Brayd hung out while I slept and Aaron hurried to finish stuff up at work so he could come home to have a little party for our Ry.
I was manning the video camera during presents so we didn't get any pictures of the presents.
He does love his hat though. He picked it out himself!
This is his gangsta face.
Besides the hat Ry got some rollerblades, a remote control helicopter, lots of treats and a movie. He was a happy boy.
After presents he went outside to play with all his toys with his dad and brothers for a few hours.
When I was picking Madi up from Activity Days all of a sudden a bunch of birds flew by and seriously, it was raining bird poop on the car. It was so gross! So, we had to take the car to town to wash it.
Don't all just look cozy and happy:)
They aren't!!
I don't think we can fit another one back there.
Ry chose Cafe' Rio for dinner so that is where we headed.
He was so hungry and emotional at this point.
I don't think he had but 1/4 cup of macaroni and cheese for lunch. Whoops!
Cute face!
Ry just loves to snuggle with his dad!
That's my happy Ry sharing his burrito with his dad.
I did not like Cafe' Rio AT ALL when I was pregnant with Ry so it is so funny to me that Ry really enjoys it and chooses to eat it on his birthday.
I'm pretty sure it was the ranch that didn't sit well with me but he even likes to dip his burrito in the ranch.
Silly Boy!
Those are my happy kids with their food!
We love to eat!!
Happy Birthday Ryan!!
We love you so so much!!

It Was My Birthday!!

Aaron is so good at making my birthday so special for me! I love that he loves me!
This morning started out by me climbing back in bed with Aaron after Madi and Porter were off to school. Ry didn't have school today because of SEPs. Ry made us get out of bed sooner than we wanted to.
We got him distracted for a minute by taking some pictures.
Thanks for documenting our laziness Ry!
Os Man, he's just a part of the family.
Just Beautiful!
We got a good laugh over this one.
Self Portrait of Ry.
When this boy gets hungry he is a naughty until he gets food in him. Aaron then made me the most delicious omelet EVER!!! This boy knows how to cook!
How cute is he in the kitchen?
My 2 little boys and my omelet.
So Yummy!!
They were so so hungry too!
We then hung out for a bit, opened my birthday outfit, did a little shopping for Aaron. And, got these sweet..........
Motorcycle decals to put on the back of our car.
How cute is that?
I quite like them!
Madi and Porter then got out of school so we went to lunch at Winger's then took Madi and Porter to "Jack and Jill" It was pretty lame but still fun to take the kids.
Madi then went to dance while I went to get some fun jewelry from a "Paparazzi Party"
Then dinner time!!
I like to eat, ALOT!! We headed to Samurai 21 to get free kids meals:)
My Boys!
Me and my Girl!
The kids got to roast marshmallows when we were done.
Cute!
Blowing out my candle for the day!
When dinner was done:( We needed to go pick up the car. On the way to Moto Zoo Aaron and the kids busted out "Happy Birthday" to me. It was great and I felt like the luckiest girl alive!
I felt Loved!
When we got to Moto Zoo Aaron told me to wait for a minute with the truck. The next thing I know he is driving the fork lift out with a box in it.
That is always a good sign!
Turns out he got a new ottoman for our family room. It's not as plush as the other one we had but that is probably a good thing. Kids won't jump on this one and tear up the leather. It also has storage for the WII stuff.
When I got home I opened a card where Aaron had given me money to different places, and some Lacoste perfume. So delicious!
Aaron then told me that he had gotten an iPad for us too. I think the kids were more excited about this than I was.
It will be here on Thursday. Maybe Ry will get it:)
My birthday was perfect and so fun to just hang out with my babies and Aaron all day.

Day 4 in Florida

This day is my BABY'S BIRTHDAY!!!
He seems to think he is getting old so he needs to make sure he is out of town on his birthdays:)
We started the morning off by sleeping in as late as we could without missing breakfast. It is by far his favorite meal. Growing up his mom always gave him a grapefruit with a candle in it. Jo remembered and we found one for him.
The kitchen cut it up all pretty for him!
When we were stuffed, we headed to the pool to relax because we ARE old!
While we were gone Jo and Jason decorated for Aaron.
So cute!
Aaron with his good stuff. He got an outfit with lots of treats.
He has since requested the work-out "Insanity" We'll see if that happens.
When we got all cleaned up we headed to get a very late lunch and head to town....
Jo and I by our little complex where we stayed.
At lunchtime Jason was kind enough to buy Aaron a white chocolate covered Oreo cookie.
He was happy with it.
He then ate his delicious pizza that he was sure to get on his birthday.
He said it was yummy!
We then went to town. He wanted to walk around on the dock and look at all the cool boats. His dream is to have a big 'ol yacht. I'm scared and so is Russ:)
After doing a little shopping we decided to walk to a movie theatre. It was quite the walk but good exercise for us. We ate WAY too much this trip. I should get better at moderation in all things.
(Joanna and I were carrying ALL the bags)
We finally arrived at the movie theatre. I can't even remember the name of the movie we saw. It really was so dumb.
I hated that the main character died in the end.
So DUMB!!!
Then Jo needed food. So we called a cab and headed back to the hotel. All of our cab drivers were super nice and talkative. I really liked the people down south!
We ended up back at the lobby of the hotel. Aaron and I shared a virgin 8 dollar special drink for his birthday.
Aaron with his friends he invited to his birthday party.
He really did invite them:)
Our Mound 'O Fries.
Sweet potato fries are DELICIOUS!!
This dude sang Happy Birthday to Aaron with his guitar.
And entertained us through our dinner with some good 'ol songs.
SO CUTE!!
LOVE THIS PICTURE!!
This boy is adorable and I love him so much!! He takes care of our little family like a champ!
Even though he is getting old and I don't like his gray hair, I still love him and think he is HOT!!!

The Rest Of Aaron's Birthday....

As you saw previously Aaron's birthday was a pretty relaxing day. I think that is just what he needed being he has been a very busy fella lately.
One more picture of the irrigation
Ry followed him EVERYWHERE.
I know that isn't much of a surprise....
When Aaron had his fill of watering we finally left the house and went to see "Other Guys". I didn't like it so much but Aaron was entertained. He always is at movies. We then picked the kids up from school and had an early lunch at Texas Roadhouse.
Cute boys....
After dinner we went home to have Oreo Pie and open presents.
Aaron trying out his WAY too expensive, but SO worth it sunglasses. I think he looks so good in them!
Aaron got a couple of pairs of shoes, a couple outfits, some Creme Soda, Cinnamon Bears-I think he still has some left:) then his sweet sunglasses.
I think Ry loves his daddy!
And some Pie!!
So, Aaron is 31 and I'm still in my 20's for about 2 months...I like to rub it in.
I love my baby and I am so grateful to him for how much he does for our family. I've missed him and will continue to miss him as he figures out his plans.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY!
I LOVE YOU!!!
