3rd Day of Christmas

The stockings were all hung by the chimney with care and here I am typing as I try to prepare...
It's the third day of Christmas Baby!
I hope you love your present!
I even tried out some curly potatoes today. They didn't really turn out THAT good so we'll have to keep working on that.....
Thanks Baby!!

Porter's Christmas Program

At Christmastime there always has to be some kind of programs going on. Well, this year it was Porters turn....
Ry took a picture of Bud and I before the program got underway.
Just Brayd, and Brenden digging through my purse.
I really am a grandma!
Porter loving on Brayd. I love brotherly love:)
Porter just a singin' his little heart out.
I love how Porter just looks SO cool!
I yell at this boy more than anyone combined. But, let's be honest.....he really is the coolest guy HE knows!
I mean, check out the way he sits as he sings his Christmas songs.
Good Job Porter!
I really am a proud Mama!!

1st and 2nd Day of Christmas!

It's true, I am spoiled-and high maintenance.......It's o.k. though!
Twas the first night of Bonnie's Christmas and all through the house all the kids were pretend sleeping.......
To be continued....
(Your present is hidden, you'll find it eventually)
"they were as quiet as a mouse, except Ryan and Brayden who are helping me"
To be continued...
(Your present is hidden, you'll find it eventually)
This day I got TWO!! Aaron was a little preoccupied yesterday so he kinda forgot!
I'm so glad Christmas can last 12 days, I love it!!
Thanks Baby!

Christmas Brownies

As I was wondering through Target looking at all the "stuff" people waste SO much money on, I stumbled upon this cute little brownie decorating kit. So, I bought it.......It made for some good memories I'm sure!
Madi loves stuff like this.
Porter gets into it pretty good.
Ry tries to do cute creations like the older kids, then eats about 2 bites and calls it good.
Brayd just piles on all the sugar he can into a big blob, then eats less than Ry.
Hailee Mae was happy to join:)
All 5 of the monkeys-this was take 10!
Hopefully my kids will have some good memories growing up. Not just of their mom yelling at the top of her lungs:)

What St. Nick Brought To Us....

I think St. Nick was a little lazy this year because he brought gift cards to Target for the kids....along with some pretzel M&M's and some gummisavers. The kids were all very excited when they got up and I told them after school we were going to Target and they could pick out WHATEVER they wanted with their 20 bucks!
Madi bought a cabbage-patch doll....
Porter got a pack of motorcycles.....
Ry got a Tzu Tzu pet and a Tech Deck.....
Brayd got a truck pulling a trailer with a Razor on it....
Now that I look at this not one of these presents that my monkeys picked out surprises me.
I got a softy blanket and a candle...
Aaron didn't want a picture but he got some gummisavers with movie tickets and a clean your car kit.
St. Nick was good to us and I hope it encouraged the kids to be good!

St Nick Night...

The kids are shining their shoes all ready for St. Nick to come give them goodies.
Just a little taste to keep them being good for Christmas....
I totally forgot Ry had that little strip on his nose. We were trying to pull all the white-heads out of his nose:)

The Decorating Of The Tree!

We usually decorate the Christmas Tree on or around my birthday-that is the only day that I can get Aaron to participate at least half-heartedly. This year however, we were doing "other" stuff at that time, so we didn't get around to it until much later. Notice Aaron is nowhere to be found....
Each year the kids put up their special ornament that I bought for them the year they were born.
Madi
Porter
Ryan
Brayd
Brayd was kind enough to take a picture of me decorating.
Oh, I had to reach so, so high!!
Our tree is now all decorated and all ready to put presents under it!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
