Silly Super Heroes.....

These boys keep us laughing!! Grandma Key made Brayd these outfits for Christmas. So while we were watching the Olympics these silly boys were bored!
Brayd came down first and showed us his muscles.
Then Ry had to join in. Brayd is such a skinny!
Tivi needed her picture taken too!
And of course Porter can't have others get their pictures taken without a little photo shoot of his own:)
Tivi is slowly starting to get a little chunkier....I love how one side of her mouth droops when she's sleeping. Her dad's does that exact same thing!
What a sweet face!
Oh and she gets so so mad!
Just a little fun on a Sunday afternoon!

My Sweet Tivoli Fae.....

Wow, at times these last 7 weeks have flown by, other times it seems to last forever-like the days she will only nap if I am laying next to her.....skin to skin:) I told them no skin to skin in the hospital because I just think it is so gross! I don't like cuddling with all the stuff that comes with the cuddling part. Well, Tivi certainly is not being deprived of that now. This girl loves to cuddle and will go only about an hour without needing to be fed and cuddled.
When people ask how she is I have to say she is good because she sleeps at night. There have only been about 3 nights where she has woke up in the night and actually stayed awake. Tivi sleeps in my bed with Aaron and I. I make up a pillow barrier between her and Aaron then sleep next to her with a pillow between the edge of the bed and me, that way I can switch back and forth as needed in the night. I know alot of people don't agree with the whole laying your baby in bed with you but I don't agree with not getting any sleep!! This way I can check on her when I wake up without having to get out of bed:)
As for the days......my baby isn't the best sleeper. My Madi will carry her around while I get my housework done in the morning time. The silly girl has one little issue though.....she will not take a bottle. This is NOT a good thing at all!! Silly girl just wants to cuddle.
The kids are just now starting to really love on her. She started smiling at us at 5 weeks which is super early compare to my other kids. I thought that was way to early so I had my sisters watch her and asked if it was a "real" smile. They said it was so it is!!
This little girl really does bring this house so much joy! Aaron probably would not agree but I think the positive WAY outweighs the negative-high stress.
I love my baby girl, Tivi!!

24th Of July...

This year on the 24th of July we had some big plans to go to the Washington City Softball Fields and watch some fireworks. My little family went to dinner at Pizza Factory and on the way home I had a good idea to rollerblade-this is ALL uphill and HARD!! I pushed Bentley and Brayd, Jo pushed Hailee  and the older kids rode their bikes. It was definitely a workout for Jo and I both but so so worth it!
Tivi stayed home with dad. We didn't really think about what we were going to do with the kids bikes when the fireworks were over. We figured out a plan....Joanna, Moss and I would ride the bikes home. So, after the fireworks we jumped on the bikes and rode home. I felt like a teenager again. It was good times:)
When the fireworks were over we went back to our house, ate popcorn and did some flowers, sparklers, worms and pop its.
 We had great fun.
 Brayd doing the sparklers.....
 Not even burning his hands:)
 My baby Tivi and I.
Porter was our official firework starter.
He did such a good job at entertaining us!
Oh, Tivi got so so mad!
She's still a good girl.
 Porter helping Madi out....
Madi being so patient and eating her popcorn:)
Oh No, some kind of mishap but this is the only picture we got of Ry.
He was there.
 Helping out my Ry.
It makes me happy that He still needs me:)
 Yes, he's THIS cool!
 And THIS cool:)

I found another picture of Ry. He must have been too busy eating his popcorn to do any fireworks!
 Bentley Boy with his sparkler.
Grandma was in charge of serving up the popcorn. She did such a good job and kept the babies plenty full of it:)
There's Ry again!
 Still eating....
Oh Brayd!! He's such a good boy.
Grandpa was such a good helper with all the fireworks.
He didn't even get angry:)
Happy 24th of July!

The Coolest Rainbow EVER!!

We have had a crazy July this year with lots of summer storms. From these storms we have gotten some rainbows. I have seen some rainbows in my 31 years of life but I don't remember any rainbows that were as amazing as this one was!!
Porter couldn't get over how cool this rainbow was either.
The pictures don't do it justice but it was so bright and so amazing!
After staring at the rainbow for awhile we came in and got ready for bed.....
Brayd wanted the softy (girl) blanky's!
We love our Brayd:)

Aaron was so hot at work and the kids wanted to go swimming so Aaron jumped in with them when he got home.
Tivi and I joined the party...
Tivi's first dip in the pool.
Aaron made sure I didn't get his gut:)
 Ry loves his little sister.
He is usually the only one that asks to hold her.
Madi loves her Ossie Baby too.
I tend to do this ALOT!!! It's o.k. though I love to snuggle just as much as my Tivi does!
And a self portrait of Ry to end with!
I love my Ry!

A Stroller For My Baby....

We decided to get a new single running stroller for my new baby:) I love to rollerblade so I needed a stroller that will just hold her. She is so little in it but I'm so excited to use it!
She is getting bigger by the day.
Cute little squished face!
My Tivi has such a grandma face.
Oh the funny faces new babies make.
Her cute outfit and bow was made by her Aunt Christie.
So Cute!!

4th Of July.....

We got up to Liberty on Saturday night......On Sunday we went to the blessing of Lilliane Loretta Lattin. Daughter of Adam and Kara. On Monday Aaron took the kids to Lagoon while I shopped all day. Then that night we attended Lyla Rose Smith's blessing. Daughter of Chase and Brianne. Then on Tuesday Aaron took the kids back to Lagoon while I visited Melissa Garn. She is my long lost friend. Her and her family lived in St. George for a couple of years and we became very good friends! Our kids clicked and we loved hanging out as couples and families.......those were the days. Why do things have to change? After talking and laughing with her I went to hang with Brianne and hold our crying babies together:)
Then Wednesday came and it was time to celebrate the 4th of July!!
Aaron is such an old man when he plays catch with his dad:)
Good catch baby and sweet face Brayd!
Chase is such a good uncle! So cute with Brayd.
Grandma and my Madi.
They just love each other!
Red, White and Blue!
My 3 boys!
Porter Brayd and Ry.
All the girl grandkids on the Smith side.
ALL the grandkids on the Smith side.
Taking a 4th of July family picture!
Yep, Porter is all done with the picture taking time.
For the majority of the day. Brianne Smith and I were in the kitchen while everyone was at the park playing in a Volleyball tournament. We cooked up some delicious dutch oven potatoes and chicken along with a peach cobbler and homemade ice cream.
We didn't get the ice cream done so Aaron and Chase got the directions from Brianne and finished it up.
Something so cute about these boys/brothers figuring out the recipe and cooking it fixing it up for us.
They did a good job and the ice cream turned out great! All of dinner did and Karen was so appreciative that she came home to dinner!!
That night we went to the fireworks and hung out with family!
It was a good week and I'm so glad we went up to spend time with each other!
Tivi didn't love the fireworks so we sat in the car:)

Our 1st House!

Aaron and I sometimes like to take a trip down memory lane and drive by our first house.
When we got married we planned on living with Karen and Lin. When that got old we started looking for a house. We looked and looked and couldn't find anything!! After a while we finally found what we were looking for. The asking price was $169,000. We were kinda scared to pay that much but soon became comfortable with it and things starting falling into place for it to all work out.
Our only problem was that we were short about a thousand dollars for our down payment. We didn't want to borrow money from family so we did everything we could to come up with the money we needed. Around that time we got in a small car accident. Just the wheel on my little Honda Accord got damaged but the insurance adjuster looked at it and a check was on the way for the damages. Well, we were doing something right because when we got the check in the mail it was around a thousand dollars!! We were so excited that things were working out.
So we moved into this house and made it our first home!
We stenciled sunflowers on the wall in the kitchen. Stenciled flowers in the master bedroom. Put a border of Winnie the Pooh in the nursery which was Madi's room, put up the vinly fencing, and even painted the garage floors. Then Aaron took the extra paint and wrote "I love Bonnie" on the left side of the garage where I parked the Tahoe. So, in turn I wrote "I love Aaron" on the right side where Aaron parked the Lexus.
We even had Russ live with us in this house. He parked his Dodge on the R.V. pad to the left :). Madi fell off the counter in the house while chasing her bottle lid off the counter when her bottle was heating up. This is where I knew what being a mom was! Madi was up all night being sick for the 1st time in this house. This front porch is where I yelled to Aaron and showed him the positive pregnancy test for Madi. Porter was conceived here but we found out we were pregnant with him while I was visiting in St. George. Madi was blessed in the church that was our "backyard".
There are many good memories in this house. We really did love this house. Even though we only lived in it for 20 short months. It's amazing how much life changes in the beginning of different stages in our lives.
