My Brayd...

We finally got a Wii for Christmas this year. The kids were so excited! Too bad I'm such a mean mom and regulate it like crazy! My kids will NOT be the kids that sit in front of video games all day long. I refuse:)
However, I did bust it out to play Mario Brothers and felt guilty for not letting the kids play too. They opted for Guitar Hero....
Doesn't he just look like a natural?
It's true, I love him!

Chrismas Day

We had a good Christmas this year....
Santa needed a little help eating his cookies:)
Oh yeah, so yummy!
Before the kids came down I had to go see what Santa brought...
From Santa.
One side of the family room.
And the other.
Aaron told the kids that they might get some extra presents because Santa's sleight tipped over in our house.
Cute little bums with their names on them
Our little tradition.
Sitting on the stairs. Aaron's family gets a picture like this every year so now we do too.
So happy with Santa!
Almost just as happy with their softy pillows.
Aaron had to get these for the kids. I think Aaron might love softy stuff more than the kids.
Aaron with his VERY expensive tie. Straight from Croatia! Where the tie was first introduced.
Aaron with all his presents.
Me with all my presents
My Christmas consisted of socks-the 12th Day of Christmas gift, gift cards, jewelry, clothes and a fondue set. So yummy!!
Madi with her presents.
Porter with his goods.
Ry and his surprises.
My Baby Brayd with his goodness!
After the fun was over at our house we headed up to Grandma and Grandpa Key's house to have some more Christmas fun!
All the kids waiting for their fun toys from Grandma and Grandpa.
We all gave my parents a much needed computer!
Porter and Great-Grandpa.
My parents got a bunch of gift cards and put them in a basket to play a game with them. We all ended up with 4 different gift cards. It was very fun! I vote we do it every year!
We usually get a family picture with all of us in our Christmas outfits. This year all the boys were going riding so they didn't get their cute clothes on. Madi and I should have gotten a picture. But, we didn't.
Merry Christmas!
Love Ossie Baby!

Christmas Eve 2010

We spent Christmas in St. George this year. Madi was super sad to come home from Grandma Smith's house, but she was happy again about 10 minutes after leaving Grandma's side. We normally do the same routine every year, but we like it, so why change it right?
My dad's biological father joined us this year. It was great to have him here! He says everything it "just beautiful" it's so cute.
My beautiful Brayd.
Great-Grandpa and Ry.
Grandma and Brayd.
Madi played a piano piece for us.
So did Porter of course.
They both did so good and I'm so happy they have the best piano teacher on earth!!
Ry and Porter just playing around....It's what they do best!!
Makayla Jo wanted to give piggy-back rides too:)
We made some Olive Garden Alfredo then had some appetizers and rice pudding!!
I quite like doing the rice pudding because it is a European thing. Aaron did it on his mission so I like to carry the tradition on.
It's always fun to see who gets the almond in their pudding!
The kids getting ready to do their gift exchange with their cousins.
Brayd thought his pillow-pet was so so softy!
Showing it off!
Porter and Ry got Tech Decks which they love.
Madi got a cute pillow-pet also!
Timmy and Trini had us this year for the sibling exchange. I think we got the BEST present!!
Can you tell how excited I am?
They gave us a night stay at the Marriott in town AND they are watching our kids while we do it! We are so excited and can't wait to take advantage on New Year's!! So exciting
Aaron loved his robe so much!
He just couldn't wait to put it on:)
Thanks Timmy and Trini. That was the perfect gift for us!
Just the beginning of Christmas.......

11th Day of Christmas

Happy tenth day of Christmas Baby!
I love you!
A gift certificate to get my nails did:).
I was sad I didn't get a cute little saying on this day:(
I think Aaron is feeling overwhelmed this year. Yesterday I got a text asking me to buy my own Christmas presents and the rest of the 12 days. For some my have been disappointed or angry. I was perfectly o.k. even excited over this idea. I do love to shop!! So, today while my kids hang with my mom and dad with the other grandchildren I shall SHOP!!
I'm glad my baby knows me so well!!

9th Day of Christmas

Happy eighth day of Christmas!
Your surprise will make you cute and efficient!

When we were up North this last weekend I used my sis-in-law, Ashley's blow dryer. This thing ROCKED!! It seriously dried my hair in less than 5 minutes. So, I dropped a hint to Aaron and Wahla......I wish everything was that easy!
Thanks so much baby!!
-since Aaron has somehow gotten his days mixed up, do you think I'll get an extra present:)
