A Little Photo Shoot....

So, Ace Hardware has such cute clothes so while Brianne and I were down we went and checked it all out! I found this outfit and Brianne made this cute outfit for Tivi!!

So, since we were matching I needed to get a picture....

This sweet baby wake up so happy every morning and just hangs out while I get ready and control the other 4 monkeys around this house!

Aaron, Chase, Mitch and Russ went on a "business" trip-yeah right, it was more like a vacation:) They went to Washington D.C. and had a blast!! Well, don't you worry that the girls will have some fun too. We ate, shopped, sewed and talked ALOT!! We had a grand old time.

I am so glad my little Tivi has so many fun cousins that she will soon be able to play with.

Ryker definitely being one of them. 

Poor Tivi's brothers are all so much older. I will have to have a talk with Ryker to see if he will be her protector:)

Pineview's Homecoming Parade...

Madi was so excited that she made student council and we were so so happy for her!! Out of the 4 5th grade classes she was one of the 15 students chosen by her teachers to be on it. 

We are so proud:)

Sunday at the Smith's....

We usually go up to my mom's every Sunday but lately we have been hanging out at home and spending the evenings playing as a family. I really like it!!

Tivi has started to suck on her hands and fingers. She is getting to such a fun, busy stage and I just can't hardly stand how dang cute she is!

I think she knew if she wanted her daddy to like her she needed to be on her best behavior:)

The kids and Aaron then headed out to play a little soccer.

The teams were Brayd and Aaron against Madi, Porter and Ry. 

I wouldn't say that Aaron plays his hardest with these kids but he definitely is not easy on them!

They are just the cutest and have so much fun playing their daddy's favorite sport!

My Tivi...

My sweet baby Tivi....I just can't believe how much I love her!! The kids love her, Aaron loves her and I love her:)  She is just the sweetest thing and I can't get enough of her.  I love her sweet face and the way she "talks" to us. The kids can't believe how cute she is and are always loving on her. Madi is really loving her now that she is starting to interact with us! I love how her little mouth droops on one side when she is sleeping. Just like her dad's does:)

Thanks for coming to our family Tivoli Fae.....We love you to pieces!!

The Creative Ways of Porter...

I don't know how many posts I have titled "Oh my Porter".....he keeps us entertained around here!!

We had edamame beans for dinner and I told them all they had to have at least 5 beans. Ryan and Brayden love them and eat them for a snack. Porter and Madison on the other hand.....

Porter was eating them like pills. 

He would pop one in his mouth then take a drink....

Tip his head back and try to swallow the bean:)

Yes, he did it 5 times.

Porter Getting A Merit Badge...Really??

Porter got another merit badge and is so very close to getting his "Bear".

Really?? Video games?

That is a little crazy for me but whatever:)

I guess it keeps their attention.

A Very Chill Labor Day....

Now that we knew Aaron really was sick and not just faking it I needed to take care of him. So, we decided to try to be really quiet...

Porter being such a good helper and changing Tivi for me.

Porter then busted out some cookies.

Do you think he will be a home maker some day?

Tivi was a good girl and sucked on her hands.

Or just laid there.

Then she got a little sad.

The kids started missing Lake Powell so pretended they were still there.

Porter would start out sitting down then  stand up when the kids started pulling him.

Silly boy!

That is the good thing about having a long hallway in my house.

Notice Aaron's door is shut!

We just needed to make sure the kids didn't run into the door.

Brayd got sad because he ran too slow so the kids told him he had to be in the back of the pull, not the front.

I told him I was sad he wasn't in the picture.

Oh, I was so lose to getting a picture of his face!

I told Brayd it would be so sad when we were looking back on pictures if there weren't any of him....

It worker, he jumped in!

Porter just loves to stay active and organize all the creative ideas his mind comes up with. I do love that about my Porter!

We ended up having a good day....

Aaron stayed in bed all day like a good boy:)

The Diagnosis....

Aaron stayed home from church the day after we got home from Lake Powell because he was still feeling awful! I finally talked him in to going to InstaCare to see if there was anything REALLY wrong with him...

He started feeling better while we were there. I think it was just the fact that he knew he was finally getting some help and hopefully relief soon.

 This is his best frown after hearing he had pneumonia. They took an x-ray of his lungs and he definitely had it. They just needed to do some blood work to see how bad it really was. 

 Aaron after getting a shot in his behind. He said it hurt so so bad. The doctor said it wasn't as bad as an epidural though. Aaron didn't have it bad enough to go to the hospital but the doctor did tell him he really needed to take it easy for at least a week and not try to bounce back to soon. That is why people end up in the hospital! So, we were in for the long haul all week....5 kids and a husband. 

Aaron's mom was really sweet and volunteered to come down and help me take care of all these people. That was very sweet of her, but let's be honest. The only difference at this point in now I have to keep the kids quiet so Aaron can rest:)

Grandpa Payne and Aaron's Uncle Kent came over to give Aaron a blessing. We were confident he would end up being just fine. I am very grateful for the Priesthood and the comfort it brings....
