Happy Birthday Porter Man!

Sometimes I wonder why I did this to myself and had 3 of my babies birthdays all within 20 days. That's a lot of partying, but also ALOT of moneys!
Porter was very excited for his birthday this year.

He got lots of fun stuff and treats. He loved his scuba gear and his knee pads, elbow pads and wrist guards the best.

When Porter got home from school he decided to go to Pizza Factory for lunch so he could get his "6" pizza.

He thought it was pretty cool that he could turn it into a "9" also.

Poor Madison was at school so she couldn't join us for this part of the day but all the rest of the boys were there? That always makes for an interesting lunch.

Porter is enjoying that sucker way too much!

Aaron had to finish one of Porter's presents while he was at school so after lunch we gave him his last present

Porter LOVED his bike jump!
Good job for making those Aaron and Russ! That is what Russ and Aaron did for "Work" the day before Porter's birthday.

When Madison got out of school we took some friends and went to Fiesta Fun Center.
They were a good bunch of kids!

Patiently waiting for their turn on the bumper boats .

Porter was a good big brother and let Ry tag-a-long with him on the boats.

Out of all the kids the poor girls got hammered the most with the water.
They were good sports about it.

We then headed over to the cars, they went like 2 miles an hour but they were fun.

Ry was even big enough to do these by himself. He was VERY happy about that.

And.....the girls!

We ended up with SO many tickets. I think between all of us there was like 900!

Aaron even got in on all the fun. Yes, I do think he is pretty cute!

I think the kids all enjoyed their time at Fiesta Fun!

We then headed over to McDonald's to enjoy some nuggets and french fries...a hamburger for Corbin.

The Girls again....with Aaron!

I had to take a picture of this because it is a very rare occasion. All of Porter's friends had gone off to the playland but Porter was enjoying his food a little too much for that. I guess it's not that weird because it's ice cream, but he was still passing up play time.
I am so thankful for Porter and for the sweet boy that he is. He does get out of control at times but he is a very loving, cuddly little boy.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY PORTER
I LOVE YOU!

My Baby Brayd Turned 2!

Where did the time go? I can't believe it has been 2 years since I had a baby! Brayd might just be the perfect baby for our family. I think he has already decided that it is ok to be the baby and he is in full-force ready to play THE role.
Brayd's birthday was on a Sunday this year and because we have 9 o'clock church it makes it next to impossible to do anything in the morning besides get ready for church. So, the morning started out like the norm. When we got home from church Aaron thought the boys looked so cute in their new church outfits and decided to take a picture....

After many a tries and a frustrated Aaron this is what we came up with. I still think they are pretty cute!

We then moved on to the presents. Brayd was more interested in his little dump truck than opening presents, so Ry helped. I think he ended up opening all the presents.

THis is Brayd with all his presents. We thought it was time for him to get a few new things to ride around on. Poor boy always gets the leftovers. Not that he really cares.

Brayd enjoyed his birthday lunch of Ramen Noodles.
He's not high-maintence.

That night we had my family over for Brayd's Birthday dinner. We had delicious Pork Tacos. I must admit I can throw together a yummy Pork Taco. With the help of Jo. Good job Jo.

Ry enjoyed it so much.....
He thought he was in Heaven!

We all sang to Brayd.

Then he blew out his candles, with Ry's help.

Brayd is a silly man, always trying to be so sly!

And opened his presents. He got a book from Christie and Moss

And a movie from Grandma and Grandpa Key.

After all the fun was over and everyone had left Ry decided he was hungry again, which of course wasn't a surprise. After all, he did fall to sleep in the middle of dinner.

Ry is such a good big brother...He even opens his mouth to show Brayd just how to do it. He gets that from his dad.

Early in the day Madison got out her knitting that Grandma Smith had sent her. Guess who helped her.....

That is right. Her dad did. He can even sew!

Brayden had a very fun birthday. He loved the package that Grandpa and Grandma Smith sent him a few days before his birthday.
We are very thankful for Brayd and the cute little man that he is. Life just wouldn't be the same without him

I LOVE YOU BABY BRAYD,
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY LITTLE MAN!

We Conquered Sea World Again!

So, we did it again! We went to Sea World for Spring Break with our friends, The Garn family, and The Martin family. It was great fun! Except we forgot to leave our kids at home. No, were crazy enough to bring along 10 kids, but it was fun! We got to our Condo on Sunday Night after a long car ride. We were crazy enough to think the traffic from Vegas to California wouldn't be TOO bad on a Sunday afternoon. Boy were we wrong! It took us about 8 hours but we made it and not one kid got thrown out the window so we felt pretty good about the drive.
On Monday morning we were headed for Sea World! One of the first things we did was go see Shamu.

Ry was too busy yelling at Shamu but Aaron gave me a nice cheesier

Madison and Porter weren't very good at looking at me while I took a picture. I think they were pre-occupied.

Brayd was a good picture-taker man

And.....Here is Shamu. Just to let you know we were really there.

We then went off to check out all the other animals....

Ry was pretty intrigued by this big guy. I'm not really sure what it was though.

Brayd liked to chase around this duck, he thought it was pretty funny. So did I!

Madison and Kinzlee quite like each other! They were so cute walking around holding hands and just hanging with eachother the whole 5 days! They are both the oldest of 4 so they know how one another feels. They can be friends.

We took a break in the middle of looking at animals. We went to the play area and the kids ran around and had a good time.

This picture brings back very bad memories! I was just a chattin' away with my friends when Aaron came and sat for a bit, then he turned to me and asked where Brayd was. I quickly scanned the area and could not see him. I jumped up and started walking/running around, while our friends did the same thing trying to find Brayd. After what felt like ETERNITY but was only less than 5 minutes Aaron found him. I should have taken a picture but I was a little frantic. He had climbed up to a bridge-like thing, like the one that Aaron and the kids were on. I cannot believe how scared I was! I no longer think the people that have leashes connected to their kids are crazy!

After we recoverd from the shock of loosing Brayd we headed over to some rides.

Ry stuck with his daddy!

The kids loved these rides and wanted to stay there All Day Long! They felt so big that they could ride without any adults. Madison and Kinzlee still wanted to ride together but Porter, with his little head poking up behind the girls, was man enough to go by himself.

They even went So So High!

Brayd and I hung together. Neither one of us like the scary rides. I don't think I let him out of my sight after our little scare.
This one was a little scary but Brayd and I weren't too scared to lift our hands before the ride for a quick picture. I think Madison and Kinzlee had their hands up the whole time. They are brave girls!

And Ry just might be a tight-rope walker-man. Let's hope not!

Sea World was very exciting but we needed a little break for a day. On Tuesday we stayed at the resort and played in the pools for the afternoon.

Lyndsi was trying to get Brayd to lay down, he didn't do too bad but wasn't a complete fan of it.

Ryan and Brayd don't LOVE, ok, they HATE to be in the water if they can't touch the bottom. So, they pretty much stayed on the steps and played with water guns.

However, Porter is my fish! He loves anything to do with water. He especially LOVED this 150 foot slide.

Madison wasn't too far behind, she enjoys the water very much also.

First Brayd just wandered around.....

Then he found this shower of water that he enjoyed for a couple of minutes. The water just poured over his head and he was ok with it.

Then Aaron got so so sleepy and felt the need to tan his pretty legs. Gosh, he has one hot body!

When it was time for dinner we went home and prepared ourselves for "Spanky's!"
We found this pizza place when we went to San Diego last year. Lyndsi looked it up and found we were pretty close. So, we headed over for some good 'ol Spanky's pizza!

The kids played on the video games while we waited for our food.

After yummy appetizers and ALOT of Dr. Pepper-Diet Coke for the crazy ones-We were ready for our pizza! Look at that mess.

The girls thought their pizza was pretty cool. Those are big pieces of pizza for two little girls.

Not too big for Porter though. I didn't even get a picture of Ry with his pizza. He was there though, that is his arm.

I don't even have to tell you how Brayd felt about his pizza. You can see it all over his face! I know, white trash with no shirt, but I DID NOT want pizza sauce all over him.

When we were all full of fun, pizza, cheese breadsticks, french fries, Dr. Pepper and Diet Coke we headed over to a pier and took a walk on it. It was a nice walk after all the "Healthy" food!

That's a cute family!

And, we found a pelican just hangin' out.

Just us walking along like the Happy Family we are!

The boys were dying to climb on the railing so on our way back they got away with it. They love to climb!

On Wednesday we went back to Sea World and did a couple things we didn't get to. As we were leaving on Monday Porter was so sad that he didn't get to go on this Big 'ol roller coaster. So, we promised him if he was big enough he could do it on Wednesday. Well, sometimes we aren't very good at keeping our promises, which I am working on, but this time we were Very Good and he got to go on it.

Ry was Very, Very sad he couldn't go on the roller coaster with his dad. Porter was the only kid that wasn't scared. He thought he was SO big!

Porter was even in the front and he wasn't scared. I love boys!

On the way out of the park we found this cute cuddly friend. The kids thought that was fun!

It was now time for the Martin Family to head home. We were sad about it, but very happy that Brent gave in and graced us with his cute family's presence!

After saying our tearful goodbyes along with the Garn family we went down to some tide pools. The Garn babies were sleeping so I stayed with them and Brayd. Brecklyn and Adley woke up just in time to get this cute picture!

Which one, which one? Blonde or Brunette? Is what
Brayd is thinking.

That night we went back to the Condo, had some left over Spanky's pizza and baked up some brownies (which Lyndsi was supposed to make before they left) and enjoyed some delicious ice cream.

Madison headed out to this sweet pond which was right out our back door and fed the ducks some leftover pancakes, which were a speciality by Melissa and INCREDIBLE!!

The rest of us joined her a little later. We were very lucky not to have ANY babies end up in the pond!

Aaron rented some fishing poles and fished.

I baked brownies, Melissa fed the kids AND Jordan slept!

Then Jordan woke up and fished. Good Job Jordan, that's a good dad!

The kids did love fishing. They didn't catch anything but they were just fine with that.

I know I have posted SO many pictures that look like this, but I really cannot believe how much it happens.

Ah, cute picture! Just for memories sake.

We let the kids have a sleepover the last night. I went in to check on them and this is what I found....

Cute little Kinzlee just wants to touch someone.

Porter and Corbin are friends!

These next pictures are pretty random. The first time I saw them is while I was posting. I really can't believe how often my kids escape with my camera, but I kinda like it. This is what they thought was important enough to take a picture of.

Kinzlee and Corbin with Madison's build-a-bear.

Corbin's silouette-darling!

Ry. Not really sure what he is up to.

Looks like Porter is trying to run away from something?

Our trip ended WAY fun! We had a lot of babies and A LOT of noise, but I can't complain because I was probably THE NOISIEST!
Are we on for next year?
