Halloween Night

So, call us the worst parents on earth but we didn't dress up for Halloween and we didn't take the kids trick-or-treating either. However, we did got to the West's home for dinner and checked out the movie "Puss In Boots"

Neither Aaron nor I really enjoy Halloween. Neither one of us like the candy and none of our kids need it. They have the worst ever! So we made a deal with the kids to go see a movie. They were all for it. I guess after dressing up for a recital, 2 different trunk or treats and school parties maybe they were dressed up out also.

We had some delicious taco soup and scones made by Heather.

Then headed to the movie.

Don't worry, I didn't completely deprive my kids. We have a big 'ol bowl of candy in our pantry!
