4th of July

We like to spend our 4th of July in Liberty for a couple of reasons. One of them being that it is ALOT cooler than Sunny St. George.

It was extra fun this year with it being the reunion and everyone spent all day together.

We started off the morning with breakfast and a parade....

Brayd and Ry rode on the 4-wheeler with Aaron.

Madi rode on the tandem bike with Ashley.

Porter found a bike in grandpa's garage and put a balloon on it.

Parker rode his bike.

Adam helped Alex on his way.

We ran into Aubrey and the girls so hurry and grabbed a picture with the grandkids.

Then we threw Grandpa and Grandma in the mix.

Brayd got really good at holding on to this little pully thing.

Porter got attacked by a chicken.

This thing loved him and would squawk when we tried to get it off.

Luckily it didn't poo on Porter.

Heading back to make some lunch.

When the volleyball tournament was over, and lunch had been served

We headed home for some water games which were put on by Kara and Adam.

One of the games was water kickball. There were pools for the bases and a slip 'n slide for home.

Tim and Aaron were the first 2 to slide into home.

Porter got taken out a couple of times trying to get to his base.

When all the water balloons were popped, we headed over to a pool that we thought would be open.....It wasn't, so we made it open:)

It is a ladies that told Karen she could use it but forgot to open the door. So, Chase kinda broke in. But, we got it all fixed in and I bet they didn't even know we went there. But, we will remember it forever and had some dang good times!

A lot of the adults played some good water basketball/wrestling. It was so fun to watch!

When everyone was exhausted from laughter we headed back to the house for some yummy dinner that Adam had cooking for us.

First though, before dinner, we broke out the homemade ice cream-deliciousness!
